Journalism Club! It’s an amazing escape from the stress of school and the pressure from life. In Journalism club we do lots of fun things such as making the homecoming backdrop, we took photos at the Hispanic Heritage month celebration, we currently take photos at games (which by the way gives you a free ticket to enter the game at no cost!). We are also involved in Senior Pictures, Yearbook pictures and organization, and Swoop News. Ms. McElroy is the facility leader in Journalism Club, she makes sure we are safe and having fun. We are always looking forward to new members in the club so you’re always welcomed to join!
I’ve interviewed a student in the Journalism club, Audreyanna. She helped us iron the white background of our backdrop. Here is what she has to say about the Journalism club: “It’s a very interactive club where we are always going around the school and talking to new people.”
This shows that there’s always something you can do with Journalism club. Journalism Club can always have more people. Ms. McElroy is always welcoming to new members. We had a few new members join making her very happy. She enjoys seeing new faces, as long as you’re helping and interacting with the projects you’ll always be welcomed! Journalism club meets every Tuesday and Thursday in room 2247.
