A Mural Victory for Art
Ms. New’s Advanced Art class demonstrates how to BE PRESENT in the community

The Advanced Art class has been been working on an exciting new project this semester.
The class has been specially commissioned by a community member to paint a personal mural. Students have gone through proposals, drafts, and edits to gather valuable experience working with a client.
As 10th-Grade Advanced Art student Lin Valeriano Calderon says, “trust the process.” Next time you’re near the Art Room during 8th bell, drop by and prepare to be amazed by the group’s hard work!
